- Enjoy free shipping on both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. We want to make sure that receiving your desired bag is a hassle-free experience.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Please note that we do not accept returns. However, we offer exchange or replacement for cases involving wrong or defective products.
- If you receive a wrong or defected product, kindly notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the exchange or replacement process.
- To facilitate the return, our team will arrange a pickup of the incorrect or defective item at your provided address.
If you have received a wrong or faulty item, we kindly request that you provide an unboxing video of the product from start to end within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please submit your enquiry along with the video to firstname.lastname@example.org. It is important to notify us within this timeframe to ensure prompt resolution. Failure to do so may impact our ability to provide a full refund for your order. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us address any issues and ensure your satisfaction with our products.
- We kindly request that you do not remove the tag from the bag until you are completely satisfied with your purchase, as the "No Exchange" policy applies once the tag is removed.
